Malkuth is the Earth on which we walk, called "Kether below", "The Completion", "The Inferior Mother", "The Bride of Microprosopus". It is the sphere of physical matter, the point at which enough of the divine energy has dissipated that gross matter can exist. Malkuth is also the starting point for another entire Tree: this justifies its title, Kether below.
